If you are shipping and item over £50″, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance that provides compensation over value of £50 for lost or damaged goods as its the responsibility of shipping courier to insure your products for safe arrival. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item unless you insure the products yourself.
